"Breath of Heaven"

Circling vultures beneath the clouds

in search for a soul,

I saw them from afar

while mowing the lawn

with tiny beetles who flew away;

I tried to chase them away

as I still had to mow the grass,

water the carrots, cucumbers,

tomatoes, berries,

and had to repair the fence,

but the vultures circled, still,

above, high in the sky;

I threw tomatoes at them,

the ones I had bought the day before,

but they wanted more

so I said "Come, be my guest!

Help me do all the work's rest!"

There, the vultures chased away.
